HEALTHCARE, NOT AUTHORITARIANS! B-Day 🦂 At 52 today, this photo is me: I lost 196 pounds with no shot and feel like I’m in my early 20s again. My body and mind are getting sturdier. I was never a big guy—always an athletic build, 6'3". Until I left college. In college, living in Providence, Rhode Island, before returning to Maryland and then Virginia, I ate poorly, had a lot of fun (if you know what I mean), and got well over 300 pounds. I knew it was time.

A couple of years ago, I had really down days. Between work, family, and X, I had no time for myself. Talking to a specialist once or twice a month changed that—better direction, peace of mind. That’s how important health insurance is. Many people can’t afford it, including me.

Now the same playbook: Republicans say Democrats spend money—Republicans spend MORE, and there’s never been a war they didn’t like. A Democrat will have to bring the troops home from Iran, like Afghanistan—and Fox News will say they didn’t wipe their feet before boarding. Same playbook every time.

You voted for the same things, over and over—the same old guys, the same old corruption. Debt, gas, and diesel skyrocketing. Starting in January, Medicaid gets cut. You voted for the same things and got the same results.

Voting for a Democrat doesn’t mean you’re a Democrat. It means you’re acknowledging Republican leadership is at a serious standstill—and they only care about one person, and it’s not you.

I got sturdier—body and mind. Now get your vote sturdier.

"They promised to drain the swamp and kill the bureaucracy. Their claim to hate big government is an illusion — firing workers isn't the point. INSIDER TRADING and theft of taxpayers' money is. THAT'S what makes it big government — not the number of people with jobs.

The richest man in the world spent $76.8 million in ONE WEEK to buy a Senate seat — $442 million total.
They scream 'election fraud' at voters standing in line. THIS is the real fraud. Every vote in Texas for Ken Paxton is a confession to what we've been screaming all along.
And the roll call writes itself. Name them: Rick Scott — his company, 14 felonies, $1.7 BILLION in fraud settlements. The president himself — after January 6 showed you exactly who he is — $25 million Trump University fraud settlement, six corporate bankruptcies, 34 FELONIES, found liable for sexual abuse.

Paxton — impeached 121–23, affair admitted. Byron Donalds — arrested for weed he now admits he sold, a felony charge expunged, then voted to deny everyone else the same grace. Black people have been screaming about this lopsided suppression — economically, mentally — for over 400 years. They've done nothing but try to hold us down.
