If Gov’t disputes the videos of torture houses, and the disabled Sam Mugumya, we challenge them to produce him and the other abducted people in court and we all see the state in which they are.
Abductions, illegal detentions, torture, and violations of the law should be condemned by everyone regardless of political affiliation.

WATCH: According to petitioner David Lewis Rubongoya and his lawyer Jude Byamukama, the court is seeking to deny them an opportunity to rely on their evidence, arguing that it was filed late. They, however, maintain that the evidence was filed a month before the stipulated deadline. #NTVNews

Mabonga opened the door.
Who will be the next patriotic officer to walk through it?
At least leak Kibalama’s current picture.
His family is still waiting.

“Personally I have evidenced and observed matters that really my heart cannot contain anymore. Matters that relate to arbitrary arrests, disappearances, kidnaps, abductions, torture, you know my heart cannot uphold anymore. As Ugandans we have beared other inflictions of all form from the government. But when it comes to humanity, they are matters that concern all of us,” Lt. Herbert Mabonga Matanda stated in his September 30th 2026 commentary on the horrors he witnessed in the basement/ ‘safe house’ manned by the SFC (Special Forces Command), located at Abayita Ababiri, Kabaale B village on Entebbe Road.
We have severally reiterated our position that matters of humanity must be a concern for all the men in uniform and all Ugandans of conscience because these repressive actions are indiscriminate, and anyone can fall prey irrespective of their political views.
The basement is clearly a replica of the infamous Nazi concentration camps. Lots of dehumanizing things have been done to people held at this horrific place. It is a place where many Ugandans who disagree with the regime are held and tortured to death for the less resilient captives. Just as Lt. Mabonga reveals, it is a cardinal duty of all men in uniform to patriotically stick to the oath of serving the country as opposed to serving one family (First Family). Soldiers must at all time stick to humanity as they execute their constitutional duties.
The judiciary on the other hand must play its part now that there is glaring evidence of the enforced disappearances that we have been talking about overtime. Our legal team has severally filed Habeas Corpus applications in pursuit of the unconstitutional release of political prisoners but sadly, these humanitarian efforts are usually turned down even when the abductors are captured on camera. If only our judicial officers could independently operate without fearing any reprisals, then maybe the wheels of justice will roll in favor of the victims of the state sanctioned disappearances. But someday, the oppressed Ugandans shall break the chains and be free.

Here is a letter which Lt. Mabonga Herbert Matanda wrote to Hon. Muwanga Kivumbi while he was in that torture chamber, where he spent 19 days. He passed on the original letter to him, but took a picture of it, which he released yesterday.
Mabonga represents thousands of senior, mid-level and junior officers in all departments of UPDF, police and intelligence services who vehemently oppose the criminal system but are held captive and cannot speak out. The only difference is that Mabonga had the courage to speak out. We have long told the people of Uganda that each time we're arrested or abducted, these officers will approach us and tell us how they're more disgusted by the system than most people can imagine.
Those who agree with the system and its atrocities are a very small fraction who are privileged and benefit from the pervasive corruption and nepotism within the forces. I remain hopeful that one day, the patriotic officers will have enough courage to stand with the oppressed people of Uganda and live true to their oath to pay allegiance to the nation of Uganda and not the falling regime of blood and national shame. UGANDA WILL BE FREE!
Uganda vs Turkey.
UPDF's abrupt freezing of cooperation with Ankara puts an enduring relationship on a weighing scale, as it is tested by disagreements over the wanted blogger and government critic Fred Lumbuye and evolving dynamics in Somalia's security architecture.

You can easily pass by this house and think it's a normal home. Yet this is a torture chamber manned by SFC, located at Abayita Ababiri, Kabaale B Village on Entebbe Road. At this house and the adjacent facilities, Ugandans and non-Ugandans are subjected to incredible torture. Some accounts indicate that some victims could not take it and when they died, they were simply buried behind this house in unmarked graves.
And yet this is just one of the many torture chambers operated by the Museveni system. There are several such places in every Division of Kampala and Wakiso, and in most districts of Uganda. Sadly, these are houses in our neighborhoods, and the people who commit atrocities against our people live amongst us. Thankfully, they're being exposed one by one, and so shall they account for every crime committed against our people!
Thanks to Lt. Mabonga Herbert Matanda, we now have copies of documents detailing entries of Ugandans and non-Ugandans at the torture chamber located at Abayita Ababiri, along Entebbe Road. As you can see, the entries show some of the people who were abducted and attracted considerable uproar, but it also includes many people who most of us don't know about.
The documents detail the booking into the 'safe house' of Rwangomani Amos (Hon. Kahinda Otafiire brother), Mugumya Sam, Bob Njagi and Oyoo Nicholas (our Kenyan brothers), Asiku Raymond, Father Ssekabira Deusdedit, Ssebuwufu John Mary, Muhumuza Bright, Deputy President Lina Zedriga, Deputy President Jolly Jacklyn Tukamushaba, Fauzia Natabi (comrade Najja Sherif's wife), Gideon Tugume, Naziwa Agathar aka Blue Tick, Hon. Miria Matembe, Zale Christopher, Deputy President Muwanga Kivumbi, etc.
Comrades, what just happened is evidence that we're on the course to victory. Who knew that the people of Uganda would have a sneak peek into one of the torture chambers operated by Museveni and his criminal son?!
It's not good to judge people man
This guy took Arsenal water at that exact time (68+50-3= 115) to relieve himself of the 115 charge stress but we thought he was mocking us☹️
In light of the ongoing political crisis that has been largely characterized by the endless abductions and suppression of dissenting opinions by those holding state power, we’ve gathered at our headquarters in Makerere Kavule to weigh in on this and reiterate our concerns and views on these important matters.
Our freshly released political prisoners Agaba Anthony aka Bobi Young, Saudah Madaada and the Deputy President for Buganda Hon. Muwanga Kivumbi spoke about their ordeal that they underwent during their detention. What stood out was how they remain high in spirits and committed to fighting for good governance. In fact, to quote the Deputy President Hon. Kivumbi, he remarkably said “Let us conquer fear and replace it with faith” in a message that he conveyed to the general public to remain composed no matter the repression.
Our Leader of the Parliamentary Front, Rt. Hon. @JoelSsenyonyi called on the public to continue standing up for their constitutional rights and constructively oppose any views that are crafted to oppress and suppress the citizens. He rallied the public not to bow to the creeping narrative that it is abominable to have different political views, an ugly seed that is being sowed by the regime actors.
The NUP remains committed to fighting for good governance through peaceful and constitutional means.
