"sorry thats all we have." 3 people and 1 bed, WTF is wrong with this place?!?! I did EVERYTHING as a customer, booked a month ahead of time, called the day of to inform them of a late flight and they did NOTHING to assure we had the room we TBC

PART 2 @Marriott to flight and was given the thumbs up. THEN we arrive and agent at front desk is absolutely USELESS! He gives us a 1 double bed room and tells us "sorry thats all we have." 3 people and 1 bed, WTF is wrong with this place?!?! I did EVERYTHING as a customer,
