Porous Pave XL was utilized at Spring Meadows Country Club to create a permeable golf cart parking area for the renovated practice green and driving range facility.
This cart parking area saved over 35,000 LB of tires from being tossed into a landfill by using Porous Pave XL
No full course shutdown. No complicated install.
Porous Pave Sand Guard goes in fast, drains better than nearly any liner on the market, and flexes through Michigan winters without cracking or shifting.

A park doesn’t need to lose its natural character to become more accessible.
At Ballard Park in Westport, Porous Pave pathways were installed to help visitors safely navigate areas that previously struggled with uneven terrain, washouts, and slippery conditions after heavy rain.
The permeable surface allows water to drain naturally while creating a smoother, ADA-friendly walking experience for visitors of all ages and mobility levels — all while preserving the beauty and identity of the park itself.
Now the space is more connected, more usable year-round, and better equipped to serve the evolving needs of the community.

Sun’s out. Pours out. ☀️
Paving season is officially underway and Porous Pave is moving coast to coast. From New York City to California, Florida to Minnesota, crews are installing permeable solutions that outperform traditional concrete and asphalt in real-world conditions.
Trails, tree surrounds, cart paths, streetscapes, SandGuard bunker liners — if there’s a problem to solve, we’re probably paving it right now.

What happens when a city installs infrastructure that actually works with the environment instead of against it?
Eight years later, the City of Manton is still seeing the benefits of their Porous Pave streetscape installation — so much so that they’re expanding it.
By allowing stormwater to pass through the surface and back into the ground, Porous Pave helps reduce runoff before it ever reaches costly treatment systems. Add in ADA-compliant accessibility, tree-friendly design, and long-term durability, and it becomes an easy choice for modern streetscapes.
Smart cities plan ahead.
Permeable infrastructure is part of that future.

Bird’s eye view 🤝 ground level performance.
Pickleball courts stay busy. The pathways around them should be built to handle it.
Porous Pave at Canadian Lakes provides a slip-resistant, permeable surface that helps manage rainwater, improves walkability, and keeps the area looking clean season after season.
Designed for recreation. Built for performance.
Nothing speaks louder than results on the course.
Huge thanks to St. Clair Golf Club for trusting Sand Guard during their bunker renovation project. Hearing feedback like this means a lot — especially from courses that did their homework and evaluated multiple bunker liner systems before choosing us.
Less washouts. Better drainage. Lower maintenance.
That’s what Sand Guard is built for.

This is why material choice matters.
For the sculpture installation at Frederik Meijer Gardens, the goal wasn’t just accessibility — it was creating a surface that felt natural within the landscape while still performing long-term.
Porous Pave provided a smooth, ADA-compliant walking surface with the permeability needed to manage water around the installation, all while maintaining a clean aesthetic that keeps the focus on the art itself.
Now that the surrounding landscape has grown in, the final result speaks for itself.

New tool. Same mission: better installs.
We just added this new tow-behind paddle mixer to the lineup, and it’s going to be a game changer for tree surrounds and smaller city projects.
The hydraulic dump makes unloading smoother and less labor intensive, while the paddle-style mixing system keeps Porous Pave properly blended from start to finish.
And yes — cement mixers still won’t cut it. Porous Pave needs a true paddle mixer to properly fold and coat the material.
Now all that’s left is to wax it up and get it to the next job site.

Most companies think they’re selling a product.
The best ones understand they’re selling a solution.
Connor joined the Manufacturing Insiders podcast to talk about Porous Pave, manufacturing, automation, growth, and what it takes to build a company that actually solves problems.

The best courses don’t wait for problems to show up, they design around them from day one.
Tepetonka Club, a new private course set to open in 2026, is already making smart decisions early by implementing Sand Guard bunker liners during construction.
Because in golf, bunker performance isn’t just about sand—it’s about what’s underneath.
✔️ Reduced washouts
✔️ Consistent playability
✔️ Lower long-term maintenance
Starting with the right system makes all the difference.

Still chiseling your mixers clean the hard way?
Here’s a simple trick that can save hours of labor on every job.
A thin layer of high-temp paraffin wax creates a barrier that makes cleanup faster, easier, and way less painful.
Small tweak. Big time savings.
