I do tip well, and I don’t have a problem tipping when it’s appropriate. But expecting a tip to support a wage is the wrong approach from every side of the coin.

Jobs should be required to post baseline salary information on their website. Why waste everyone’s time and effort through the application process to not be able to offer what the candidate is making at their current job? Hello?
