The NHS the civil service the police and many others regularly fail us

And unlike the private sector nothing of any consequence ever happens

I hadn’t sent a form to them I didn’t even know existed and was never asked for

They then fined me another £590 for being late to submit I had to pay or risk further penalties I appealed

The appeal is Jan 27
