This week is national Through With Chew week! Last year 3.9% of high school students in Pennsylvania used chewing tobacco. Although we at SADD would like to see that number at 0% the more concerning figure is one in four students reported using electronic vapor products.

How do you know if a boundary is healthy…or not? A healthy boundary would be: “I need space to hang out with my friends on my own.” But if your partner says, “I need you to stop talking to guys/girls because you might cheat” that’s not a healthy boundary; it’s a warning sign
