the most valuable skill is the ability to make yourself do the thing you have to do, when it has to be done, whether you feel like it or not. every other skill you will ever learn sits on top of this one.
be aggressively delusional about your future until it’s simply your present. the vision is yours and it’s supposed to look insane from the outside. stay so committed to it that reality has no choice but to adjust. believe so hard in what you’re building that the present starts bending toward it. and one day you’ll wake up and the thing everyone called impossible will just be your life. and they’ll ask how you did it. and you’ll tell them: you never stopped believing. you just started working like it was inevitable.
DISRUPTION FOLLOWS INTENTION
Break down:
When you decide you’re going to do something that’s going to make your life better the first thing that shows up is something hard.
“There’s no champion if there is no challenge”
New year, new goals to hit. Write them down, it’s strange how you make moves towards them. No airy fairy sh*t, you still have to work hard but manifesting is real.

The ultimate form of intrinsic motivation is when a habit becomes part of your identity.
The more pride you have in a particular aspect of your identity, the more motivated you will be to maintain the habits associated with it.
Sometimes when you feel like you're not making progress right now, it may be a good thing. Going fast in the wrong direction is not better then slowly in right one. Sometimes you need to reflect on all the progress you have made & remind yourself where you are going.
