@TheFive @JesseBWatters As @kayleighmcenany pointed out, Congress must act and do their job to LEGISLATE! They need to LEGISLATE the definition of "subject to jurisdiction thereof"! I think Trump did the executive order to force it to the Supreme Court! Now Congress has to fix it and LEGISLATE

@kayleighmcenany It seems the key is the definition of "subject to the jurisdiction thereof" as Kaylee pointed out. So if Congress were to act and define what that means and the parameters of what qualifies, good legislation would take care of this. We need people in Congress who will legislate!

@CongressmanRaja Every postal worker handling ballots should have to sign and swear the election judge oath to require them to take seriously handling ballots above the usual casual service mindset.
