Porthilly Spirit’s oyster bar will be brimming with Porthilly oysters from a mile down the road. We couldn’t be happier to invite @The_Oysterlady to run our oyster bar.
Expect oyster mixology, oysters cooked over fire, and oysters with shallot, red onion and white wine vinegar.
Singer-songwriter @MarthaTilston – whose folk roots have helped her create a unique and captivating sound – will perform as part of Porthilly Spirit's Sunday music line-up.

We’re delighted to say that Cornwall Council has granted a licence in perpetuity, and the date has been confirmed: Friday 22 to Monday 25 May 2020.
