Track Tuesday at Duniway! Tonight we'll do our peak workout for the Eugene Half. It's 4–6 reps of (1200m@HMP-5 + 400m@HMP+15) continuous, no rest. If your half marthon pace (HMP) is 7:05/mi, run 7:00/mi for the 1200 and 7:20/mi for the 400. Warmup at 6:15 pm, workout at 6:30.
