Dialog options don't matter in the grand schemes of things because its already fixed

@wuwapri Im hoping he operates as both on field and optional off field because that was one of my problems with phrolova gameplay being restricted to only offield for max damage. Overall seems really easy to build and I'm guessing he'll need his signature as well. Looks fun, so can't wait

@wuwapri It's still easy to clear but it is getting annoying that it's getting longer to do so. I'd say that every character above 1.x can still clear with Shorekeeper or verina.
