Captain Ibrahim Traore refused to hire foreign companies to construct roads rather he purchased all the equipment and used Burkinabè engineers, trained the Burkinabè on how to operate the machines and gave them the opportunity to build their own country.

He is attempting to be constructing 5000KM of paved roads annually. No foreign funding just the government of Burkina Faso. This is how you brag!!
