Then yesterday we hosted our first ever PF Christmas Sports Day🎅🥊🏀 Young people were coached in boxing, played a competitive Christmas game of dodgeball and ended with a tasty spread donated by @chefread 😋

Yesterday we spent the morning at the Geraint Thomas National Velodrome in Newport with the @PositiveFutures team; a sports based social inclusion programme that delivers sport to youngsters across Newport.
We have had a busy few weeks collecting Team Wales and NGB kit, with a special mention to @WelshAthletics , @WelshGymnastics and @sqwales for their donations. We would also like to thank our partner @PrincipalityBS for their generous donation of £1,000 to the charity...and for joining in with the youngsters at the Christmas sports event! The donation will really help the Positive Future team delivering key opportunities to youngsters in Wales.

Our refugee football session changed venue today for the winter months - bigger pitch and closer to college. Most found their way there. Love how our young people all turn up on bikes to play football - truly sustainable ! In partnership with @PositiveFutures and Youth Service

Staff have had to cancel their session at the Beaufort Centre this afternoon. Whilst the weather has dried up, the surface in the MUGA is too slippy and we don’t want any injuries 👎🏻 Staff are working to resolve this issue with the surface to prevent further cancelled sessions 🤞🏻

Unfortunately due to the weather forecast for the rest of the evening, our session at Pill Mill will be cancelled this evening ⛈️
