@My_Business_Man A 17 year old Knicks fan was beaten into a coma after last game while, allegedly, a content creator asked a fan who they were rooting for - the boy said Knicks and someone yelled โSpurs in 7โ and beat him.

@CAPTAINPEARLNYK I personally hate talking about odds and predictions and what ifs. Play the games and everything will sort itself out after. No point in dealing with hypotheticals. Lots of things can happen in 1 game.
@FirstTake@Keefmorris Itโs always โif, if, if.โ The great thing about sports is you canโt live in the โifs.โ You have to live with what actually happened.
Spurs fans!! Perhaps now more than ever, if youโll be at FBC tomorrow, we need you to join us in cheering.
If they say Letโs Go Knicks, we shut it down with Go Spurs Go. This is our house, defend it!

Knicks for clicks usually just works when itโs negative, whether putting Knicks (or fans) down, ragebaiting with dumb takes or celebrating Knicks losses.
The most extreme of this is now this trend of people acting like idiots and hurting people or destroying things in the name of content. Dozens of people videoing the incident so they can all get their 15 sec of fame instead of helping to stop it.
Unfortunately this gets more engagement than positive stories or credit, etc. Itโs like this world likes negativity because it makes people feel better about themselves.
