The more coffee I drink the more coffee I need to drink. And the stronger it needs to be. I think I have a problem. Better have a cup of coffee and think about it.

@nikthehat French Creek probably closed at dusk. Don’t get in trouble for going in. Keep up the great work! #DaneloCavalcante

[PositivePhil @PositivePhilip]

@nikthehat You said Marsh Creek. I think you mean French Creek. #DaneloCavalcante

@QBCares I also totally understand that you don't have an ETA... what I'm asking is can you please escalate this request being that I have been unable to use QB Online for over a week? Notify a supervisor or someone with authority? I don't feel like I'm asking for too much.

[PositivePhil @PositivePhilip]

@QBCares waiting for a response on my request to be the primary admin or contact. I completed all the steps two days ago. The case number is 15103630803. Can you help?

[PositivePhil @PositivePhilip]

@QBCares Thanks for replying! When will that be?!? 10 days now without access to my books... Can you/will you please follow up directly or give this priority? I feel like Intuit's most patient customer.

[PositivePhil @PositivePhilip]

@QBCares I need info on closing my QB Online account. After one week of not being able to access my account and not getting a call from a supervisor I’m giving up and going to a desktop version. Thanks!

[PositivePhil @PositivePhilip]

@QBCares I don’t have a blue check so I can’t DM. I’ll call tomorrow.

[PositivePhil @PositivePhilip]

@QBCares Still no phone call from a manager.

[PositivePhil @PositivePhilip]

@QBCares Day 2 with no Quickbooks online. Can anyone help?!? Azaria… what did you find out?

[PositivePhil @PositivePhilip]

@ElonMuskAOC Why can't I DM people anymore?

[PositivePhil @PositivePhilip]

@QBCares X settings changed but I cannot DM you unless you follow me. We're close! Can a brother get a Follow?

[PositivePhil @PositivePhilip]

@QBCares I can’t login online or on the app. Message says “account not found.” East Coast USA #notpanicing

[PositivePhil @PositivePhilip]

@QBCares I'm on PC now. I can't DM because I'm not "Verified." 🙁

[PositivePhil @PositivePhilip]

@QBCares I tried both. I’ve tried different browsers, mobile and PC access. It worked fine yesterday and for the last 2 weeks. I’m confident that the problem isn’t on my end.

[PositivePhil @PositivePhilip]

@QBCares I can’t even get in making a new primary access account. I am completely locked out. I’m not sure who’s going to call me back but I’m stuck for now.

[PositivePhil @PositivePhilip]

@QBCares Nope. It says “loading” and then it doesn’t load. 😔 Not my day tech-wise. I’m waiting for a call back on Case:15103344099 if you want to use that to access my telephone number. Thanks!

[PositivePhil @PositivePhilip]

@QBCares Hey Azariah I’m back in the office. I would appreciate some help if you have the time. DM’s don’t seem to be working in X for me. Can you pls try to DM me again and I’ll reply?
