Leominster Post 151 was eliminated by Hudson in in the Mass. State Legion Tournament at Adams Field in Quincy, 5-4, in 11 innings on Monday evening. Mark Garner, Reece Lora & Cam Cirone each had 2 hits and an RBI to pace the 9-hit attack.
Alex Coco was outstanding on the hill in 8 innings. the game went into extras, as Garner lined a single to center with 2 outs, stole second and scored on Cirone’s clutch RBI single to center. Post 151 cut the deficit to 3-2 in the 5th on Lora’s double and Garner’s single
