We have valley children’s here in the Central Valley. It is a superior children’s hospital. Our level ones cared for the peds patients with burns.
I think the criteria for level one is neurosurgery on call.
Fortunately where I live in California resources here bend over backwards to help each other
We get hate for many things but we take really great care of our critical care patients.
We are just overwhelmed by the volume of really sick people

Interesting. Not sure what state you are from. I live in California.
We have a sprinkling of level ones throughout the state. I was a trauma nurse here in the Central Valley. We had hyperbarics , to the south in LA had them and up north at UCSF they had them in their burn units also.
Perhaps every state is different. Regardless I hope this child gets the treatment that she needs.

Nursemaids is elbow and that’s not the maneuver to reduce it.
