I sit here in tears. I have failed, America has failed, MG Guthrie you failed. My terps w/ families at Ft.McCoy are pleading for me to bring coats and clothing. TF McCoy has failed to provide clothing to the Afghan Evacuees and is prohibiting others from picking up their slack.
