@kendallbaker It’s just hard to watch sports on streaming. Between buffering and fuzzy pictures, and not being able to skip 30 seconds, it’s a crummy viewing experience.
@NBA Putting yet another Game 7 exclusively on streaming is one of the stupidest, most boneheaded decisions the #NBA could make. Limiting your audience, forcing fans to watch an inferior broadcast loaded with buffering, poor picture quality and sub-par announcers. Dumb, dumb, dumb.
@NYTHealth@danielalamasmd@nytopinion I was diagnosed with metastatic lung cancer in 2012. The treatments I have received to extend my life indefinitely has caused me no “harm” whatsoever. The uncertainty about my future is no different than any other person my age. This “gray area” is nothing more than life itself.
@KevOnStage Streaming is a terrible way to watch sports, especially when you pause the game for a little while, and then come back to discover it has unpaused itself and you’re at live TV again and you’ve missed a big chunk of the game. This doesn’t happen with the DVR.
@PatMcAfeeShow Too many games. Better idea is to stop admitting the mid majors like James Madison and Tulane. And get rid of the CCGs, they have outlived their usefulness.
@RGIII It seems as if the schools and conferences already are taking in a boatload of money. A better idea would be to improve the quality — stop letting in schools like James Madison and Tulane, who are simply outmatched. Getting rid of those archaic CCGs would be useful too.
Pete Carroll on competing for roster spots at USC and willingness to “fight the fight”
“It’s tough to be here. It’s hard for guys to hang here and work with all the good players we have… you have to be willing to fight the fight… if you don’t have that mentality it’s hard to be comfortable here. You have to capture the competitive opportunity.”
Don’t let competition stop you from being where you want to be ✌️
