@SupSumik@tbeShawnx Over $40k debt? I know people who owe 5x-10x for a degree that serves no purpose. Shit I know people buying $1M homes now that’s crazy
@xKidKidx@tbeShawnx Loop holes man loop holes. All I could tell you is I have a S Corp. don’t fall for that LLC shit, that’s rookie shit. Trust me man I know that debt looks bad but I ain’t doing bad lol. Most people on the comments are stuck in a box and don’t know how to use these loopholes
Because I’m not making any big purchases. Let me give you an example, you’re buying a $20,000 car in cash. Instead of dropping that cash on it you apply for a credit card and get a $20,000 credit limit. (Obviously you need a high income and a good credit score.) you pay for it with a credit card since most business bank accounts accept tap. And if you have a 18 month, no APR promo. You have 18 months to pay for that vehicle with zero interest. You already have the money save so you don’t spend it but is there in case shit goes downhill and you have a family emergency you have those 20,000. And before you start paying interest, you get that money that you’re ready had saved and pay off the full balance. And that will boost the shit out of your credit score and don’t forget most of these cards. Also have get X amount back when you spend a certain amount. But I’m not financial advisor. Lmao
@SixDMDL@fukitbruh1@tbeShawnx Not when you have amazing insulation and you have a unit big enough to actually cool your place. If you need to set it lower maybe use your credit card to pay for insulation or buy a bigger ton unit 🤷🏻♂️
