@CandyStripeNia I do personally believe that a lot of people attach their identity to what they enjoy. So when people criticize a game they like it feels like an attack on them. Which is why they tend to be aggressive towards most criticism even if they are valid
im exicted for more of one of my favorite games now but like come on announcing this weeks after this huge game came out FOR 80 BUCKS is just bad taste, shit like playable gods should be in the base game I WAS EXPECTING THEM TO BE THERE
I feel like it’s not talked about enough how massive of an achievement this is for Star Wars video games. And I really hope it sets a precedent for the future. We need variety like this.
For the people that started the initiative to make more star war games
thank you
Except those that thought epic was a good option I hope you have diarrhea equivalent to the shit show that will release
Zelenskyy: "When our strikes reached Yandex data centers, it suddenly became little easier to breathe on many social media platforms. Many people noticed it.
There was less hate, less division, fewer provocations because there were fewer bots. It's pretty clear where those bots were coming from.
If they disappeared when Yandex went offline, this proves once again that Europe is not the source of the problems."
The big problem is that Russia figured out how modern society consumes information a decade ago, but the West hasn't.
There are millions of bots commenting and posting Russian propaganda. There are paid influencers spreading it, with Russian bots supporting their content.
There is a gigantic machine operating to radicalize and influence Western societies, and there is not enough defense in place.
It doesn't just influence elections, it sows discord, engulfs societies in culture wars, radicalizes teenagers, and shapes political decisions when elected officials fail to read the room.
That needs to change. And fast.
The most annoying thing about the AI dev sentiments is that like every other issue that corroded the industry, the general public simply won't care enough to force change to occur. We are going to have AI games shoved down our throats
I wish nothing more than to be proven wrong
It's crazy how, nowadays, if you don't beat a game on the release week, you are stuck with a watered down version, because the general audience can't handle any sort of friction.
People who say Lanterns was a Surf Dracula misunderstand that a Surf Dracula is about what is promised vs. what is delivered, not one’s personal wishlist for an adaptation.
Lanterns never promised anything other than what it was (and it delivered what it promised excellently).
@CandyStripeNia Even though they were tasked with saving the lord's esheml wouldn't even try to protect you unless you were someone who decided to talk to a bird every week
