Iran’s Mehr news agency publishes the purported text of the draft agreement with Trump. It will keep the Strait of Hormuz under Iranian control, will promise Iran $300 billion in reconstruction money in addition to an immediate cash transfer of $24 billion, a suspension of sanctions and the withdrawal of U.S. forces from the Middle East. Also, a commitment not to bother Iran again about its missiles and proxies, and restraining Israel in Lebanon.
The U.S. gets in exchange a pinky promise to respect the NPT.
Let’s see what happens in coming days.

Full text:
A permanent and immediate cessation of war on all fronts, including Lebanon.
A U.S. commitment not to interfere in Iran’s internal affairs and to respect the sovereignty of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
Full lifting of the naval blockade within 30 days.
A U.S. commitment to withdraw its forces from areas surrounding Iran.
Reopening of the Strait of Hormuz within 30 days under arrangements determined by Iran.
Suspension of sanctions on the sale of oil, petrochemical products, and related derivatives, along with full Iranian access to the resulting financial revenues.
The United States and its allies would be required to present reconstruction plans for Iran worth at least $300 billion.
A 60-day negotiation period aimed at reaching a final agreement covering nuclear issues and the complete removal of U.S. primary and secondary sanctions, as well as the repeal of relevant resolutions of the UN Security Council and the IAEA Board of Governors.
Reaffirmation by Iran of its commitment under the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty (NPT) not to produce nuclear weapons.
During the negotiation period, the United States would commit not to deploy additional forces to the region and not to impose any new sanctions.
The release of $24 billion in frozen Iranian assets during the 60-day final negotiation period. Half of this amount must be made available to Iran before negotiations begin.
Establishment of a monitoring mechanism to oversee implementation of the agreement.
The final agreement would be approved through a UN Security Council resolution.
Final negotiations would not begin before the release of half of Iran’s frozen assets, the suspension of oil sanctions, and the lifting of the naval blockade. The final agreement would focus exclusively on the future of enriched nuclear material and uranium enrichment, sanctions relief, and a program for rebuilding Iran’s economy. Discussion of Iran’s missile program and its support for resistance groups would be definitively excluded from the agenda.
As stated by the Foreign Ministry spokesperson, this text still requires review and final approval by the relevant authorities in Iran.

Israel got sidelined on the US-Iran framework. Full stop. It knew talks were happening via Qatar, it didn't know they were this close, and it had no seat at the table. 24 hrs before the deal, Jerusalem's own read was Trump *escalating*. Then the strike's canceled and a framework appears:
2) There is a reason Israel was sidelined. It will try to kill this deal. And it will. Even if it is signed, it will have 60 days to do so by escalating in Lebanon and even directly hitting Iran.
3) This framework hands Israel every tool to do it. Look at what's actually agreed. The framework buys 60 days of *talks*. The substance, enriched uranium, dismantling enrichment, missile caps, ending proxies, is all OUT, deferred to a negotiation that hasn't started. You don't sabotage a deal. You sabotage a negotiation. And this is 90% negotiation.
4) Israel's levers are intact: intel drops timed to wreck momentum, leaks on Iranian non-compliance, direct pressure on Trump's own red lines (which the PMO carefully restated for exactly this purpose), and a Khamenei who reportedly hasn't even formally ratified. 60 days is a long time to break something this fragile.
5) History says the same. Obama needed 18 months to land a real deal; this one is supposed to close in 60-120 days with missiles and proxies already excluded. Fragile framework + long runway + a motivated, well-equipped spoiler with nothing left to lose at the table = it dies.
Israel kills it. Watch.
how did people just find about sysco this past year? did no one work in restaurants before? they thought they had a pastry chef in the back at applebees making fresh lava cakes every night?
The shift from a "destroy Iran" rhetoric to a "deal on the table" did not happen in a vacuum.
The initial Iranian terms—previously agreed upon in principle—had left Trump no room to claim a clear victory. So, after that preliminary agreement, he backtracked, sending his own amendments back to Tehran through mediators.
But Iran did not respond. Instead, it left him in a state of wait-and-see for days, while signaling its readiness to resume the war—by striking Israel first and the “incident” in Hormuz second. Through these gestures, Tehran was saying: You cannot spin your way out of military failure.
In response, Trump attempted military pressure, synchronizing it with the mediators' presence in Tehran. Yet Iran answered on both nights of escalation—hitting twice as many targets as were struck inside Iran. At that point, he seems to have lost any hope of forcing Tehran into acceptance.
The announcement of a deal, after all this, is essentially an announcement of retreat—back to what had already been agreed upon. It is, above all, a diplomatic translation of military failure. If this framework agreement is indeed signed, we are looking at the beginning of a new era—for Iran and the region alike.
This will frighten some and please others, as winners and losers are now clearly exposed. More to come in the days ahead.
I wholeheartedly believe everything occurring right now. The wars. The genocides. Country falling apart at the seams. The parasites and rotting factories returning. All because Trump is trying to keep the REAL damning Epstein stuff from getting out. Not a conspiracy. Zero doubt.
Why would Todd Blanche (in private law practice at the time) be copied in on confidential Epstein emails right after Epstein arrested in 2019? Now we know why Trump hired him as private attorney.
