@Lenovo @Lenovo_in You mentioned that in your premium support purchase that issue will be resolved within next business day but its been 14 days still no update And i am frustrated that i paid extra for this kind of service and also its been 1 year but i never got annual checkup which is mentioned!

@Lenovo_in @Lenovo I am frustrated with your services. I registered a complaint on 13th September 2024 about my screen and i was told that an technician will replace your screen in 7 days.and then i got a mail on 18 sept that my parts are delivered its been 9 days still no update

@Lenovo @Lenovo_in In the mail it was mentioned that technician should contact me within 24hr if not please fill the escalation form I waited but no update then i filled that form and contacted to premium support they said in max 2 days your issue will be resolved But it didn't.

@Lenovo @Lenovo_in since than i have did 7-8 calls which lasts for average 20-25 mins which is really frustrating and i get the same answer everytime that please wait its been 14 days since i registered my complaint and 9 days since my parts got delivered still no response
