“She's gotten a $500,000 - $750,000 salary from that nonprofit since he's been in office. Add that up, $5 million over his 7 years as governor. There is a lot of money put into a nonprofit organization that his wife controls, that he controls, and they get that money.”

Jennifer Siebel Newsom’s salary is about $161,000 per year from the NGO the The Representation Project

She gets another $150,000 per year from her for-profit company ‘Girls Club LLC)’ that takes in funding from Gavin Newsom

Then there is the “Office of the First Lady” that Newsom created and funded with $5 million taxpayer dollars for his wife

Now the is over $311,000 per year, but this doesn’t take into account the money that flows into companies from Gavin Newsom’s political donors

The nonprofit has received donations from companies that lobby the Newsom administration and hold state contracts. This includes PG&E, Kaiser Permanente, AT&T, Comcast. This raises huge conflict-of-interest questions

Let’s not forget, Newsom’s wife’s documentaries are used in California public schools, creating a loop where taxpayer-supported education benefits her work
