No listing date in 6 State Ministers’ Review Petition!

In Kasab, Nirbhaya, Raj. Exam etc., Urgent Listing was allowed within hours.

In UGC, Migrant etc., cognizance was taken by SC despite initial refusal.

State Govts must directly file fresh Petition & get it listed Urgently!

As per recent UGC Judgment r/w DM Act, State Govts are very much empowered to #PostponeJEE_NEETinCOVID in their states,

State Govts can also File fresh Petition in SC on fresh ground of inability of SOP implementation due to flood/ Corona & they can get it Urgently Listed Today!

In #UGC Judgment, Supreme Court has recorded most of my submissions, including my request to adopt MP Model.

But apparently it has been left to the States.

States also authorised to Postpone Exams.

I will request state Govts to go for Online & Home Based final year Exams only.

Today Bench was sitting till 1 PM, so only 2 senior counsels argued.
