@CapitalOne am I ever going to receive an update about my account? No calls, no messages. Account locked. My funds unavailable, since Dec 5th, right before Christmas. No one will talk to me. You said security team would contact me, but still nothing. No local branch to visit. ???
@AskCapitalOne This is the superb, personalized customer service you can expect from @CapitalOne 360 Checking! THIS was their response to my DM asking to speak to a human about why my accounts were locked. This is scary!
@CapitalOne your customer service is atrocious! I have called several times a day to speak to a human about a very important issue and no one will give me any information. I’m just told to leave a message and wait for someone to call me back! It’s been DAYS! Shame on you!

complaint. I will be filing a complaint with the CFTB. I see why using a local bank is the way to go.
