@GaryRawlins @officialcalor @FlogasBritain Don’t use Calor, featured lunchtime on @BBCLookEast interviews some of Calor customers who’ve lost £’000’s in takings, and been driven to the verge of a breakdown when Calor won’t deliver. Look at the pleas for gas delivery on here. It’s range anxiety but with your heating

I feel sorry for Rav’s Chip shop that lost £4,000 takings when they had no gas, and the retired vicar on the verge of a breakdown. I can tell you this is routine for many Calor Gas customers, and it’s been going on for years.

Well done @BBCLookEast for exposing the misery of being a Calor Gas customer. They abuse their monopoly by spending the bare minimum on service & deliveries, knowing customers are locked in. It’s extreme “range anxiety” but with your heating.

Calor determine how much gas you use, not the weather, not your health, not your lifestyle. They won’t employ delivery drivers to keep their costs down & profits up. You should not let Calor PR Dept get away without challenging them.
