#Bitcoin has a larger market cap than the top 3 banks in the world, combined:
• Bitcoin: $1.85 trillion
• JPMorgan Chase: $684 billion
• Bank of America: $356 billion
• IC Bank of China: $280 billion
What else could you possibly do besides continue chasing money and never being happy with enough?
Raise children, travel, entertain, learn, relax, grow, improve.
I’ve grown into the mindset of money will likely keep coming, but I don’t care if it does, I have enough.
People who are insatiable are usually a bit fu**ed in the head. If you have $5m (like mentioned in the OP) and after a few years of experiencing upscale dining, experiences, having a nice car, renting an expensive flat/house, flying first class, literally 99% of what a guy with $100m can experience minus the ability to afford headaches like jets and yachts (I would never buy these), and feel you need to make $100m to finally feel good enough about yourself, you’re doomed. Clearly your life’s purpose is to try to make others feel inferior. “I have more than you, I’m clearly more capable, intelligent, tenacious.” Which is a purpose that only makes psychopaths happy longterm.
After you hit $5m, you should shift focus on improving other aspects of your life; don’t be like mark zuckerberg who waited till he made $100B to grow a personality or Jeff Bezos who waited to make $50B before getting in shape.
And no one will actually know or give a shit about how much money you have. You’re not famous like Mark or Jeff, what are you gonna do? Go around telling everyone how much you have, hoping they’ll care? That’s sad. And the ones that care about your net worth are not good people, they’re kind of vapid and primitive actually.
And what are you going to do with the $80m+ in excess? Buy 30 exotics like Andrew Tate, to stick out like a sore thumb and give the government something to easily confiscate? Try to remember to drive all of them so they don’t die on you?
This nothing is ever enough, perpetually moving the goal post mentality is a sickness perpetuated by anxious and isolating societies e.g.- USA, Japan. It’s objectively causing misery.
So again, I think the healthy way to go about it is, yes, you may one day make $100m, but you shouldn’t give a sh** if you don’t.
