Camping is not really for us - that is, for me and my wife. It never has been. It’s about making memories together as a family.
(Okay, I enjoyed camping as a kid in Boy Scouts, but this is different)
When we go camping, we aim for somewhere in between car camping and “roughing it.” We’re in tents and cooking over the fire, but we’re also buying wood and charging phones with a solar panel.
We maintain some of our routines (family worship, SNACKTIME!) but we also try to have a flexibility which is not usually convenient or possible at home. We try as much as we can to say “yes” to most requests.
Today we went to swim at the lake. I didn’t want to go to the lake - the water is cold, I don’t like to swim, and I can’t stand sand. But the children LOVE it. It’s the #1 request from them *every* year. So we do it because they love it and we love them.
Camp can be chaotic because it’s outdoors in an uncontrolled environment, the little ones are finding ways to either hurt themselves or each other, and the amount of requests I typically receive inside of a 10-minute window would make your head spin.
The reason we keep going camping, though, is we’re creating memories. Memories that’ll last a lifetime. So instead of complaining that I don’t get to “relax” on my “vacation,” I try to remember that I’m serving my family and honoring the King. Even managed to hang up a flag this year.
At the end of the day, we’re blessed with stellar sunsets like this - a glorious reminder of our Creator. May the Lord continue to be praised by us and through us!

Glad to report the Missouri Lone Bulwark pin has officially surpassed (!) the waitlist threshold and now sits at a grand total of 54 (and counting)!
This means we'll get this gem into production bright and early Monday morning! Thank you for your attention to this matter. 🫡
We will be adding additional states to the Waitlisting page in batches over the next few weeks. If you don't see your state come up as quick as you'd like, DM me for info on "Angel" funding your specific state launch (we've already got 1 of these in queue!).

A PROCLAMATION
"Whereas the lapel hath long stood as the strategic canvas of a man's convictions;
and whereas no jacket is rightly finished, nor any character fully declared, until adorned with a pin of merit and meaning,
Be it known to all citizens, collectors, and kindred spirits that this day, the Nineteenth of June, the Year of Our Lord 2026, shall hereafter for all ages be observed as PINTEENTH: a day of solemn enamel, sturdy backings, and righteous remembrance."
Every square inch (of the calendar),
And every lapel,
For Christ.
ALL YOUR DAYS ARE BELONG TO US.
