@timesofindia There's so much hate for doctors, but the real culprits laugh from afar. It's the staff and nurses. They treat patients like some low level being and don't want to work. Nurses and the other staff feel like as they are in a government setup, why must they work?

@timesofindia They think poor people must suffer as they came to a government setup. Why? Why do they need to suffer? They need to be held accountable for it. Poor doctors are working their ass off straight 24-36-48 hours but these staff members don't even want to work for even 6-8 hours.

Seniors are responsible for seeing if there's anything which is missed and give their opinion. Junior is not seeing you by themselves.
