I have now spoken with six different support agents over the past several days. Every agent has said "I'm transferring to the technical team" — but no one has actually resolved my issues. I am a disabled veteran and Pro subscriber (Google Play). I am requesting direct contact from a technical team member, not another front-line agent.
Unresolved items requiring technical action:
1. WebDev hosting balance — https://t.co/zDWBsCfdv5 is still offline.The site shows "Site unavailable due to unpaid billing." My subscription is active and paid. The WebDev balance ran out because of platform-side credit errors (see item 3 below). The technical team needs to restore this balance.
2. Missing 20,487 credit refund.Agent "Jordan" stated on June 10, 2026 that 20,487 credits were refunded. A second agent "Jordan" confirmed this refund cannot be verified in my account. My balance remains at 856 credits. This refund was promised and never posted. Please post it now.
3. May 8, 2026 — Platform error consumed 36,488 credits.A Manus platform event labeled "This task has been deleted" consumed 36,488 credits. Only 10,000 were refunded. The remaining ~26,488 credits were never refunded. This single event depleted my balance and caused my site to go offline. This is a platform error, not user error.
4. Ongoing credit drain.The Daily DOJ Scan session has now consumed over 597 credits and cannot complete because the site is offline. These credits must also be refunded.

The 20,487 refund does not appear anywhere in my usage record. The only refunds showing are the same three from before your message: +10,000, +725, and +483.
I am attaching a screenshot taken today, June 10, 2026 at 9:41 AM, as proof.
Additionally, the Daily DOJ Scan — The Vault Investigates session is now showing -597 credits and still climbing, because my deployed site (https://t.co/zDWBsCfdv5) remains offline and the session cannot complete. Credits are continuing to drain with no result.
I need the following resolved today:
Confirm whether the 20,487 refund was actually posted. If yes, please provide the transaction ID. If not, please process it immediately.
Restore my WebDev hosting balance so that https://t.co/zDWBsCfdv5 comes back online. The site still shows "Site unavailable due to unpaid billing."
Escalate the May 8 event (36,488 credits consumed, only 10,000 refunded) to the technical team as discussed.
I am a disabled veteran on a fixed income. I have been a loyal Pro subscriber and I have submitted this issue multiple times. I am asking for a fair and complete resolution.
