@kkbigk@soniasodha exactly, this can already happen, how does this legislation affect this point? And (at a not so young age) I can say I have never come across a violent man in a womens only space - it's not an issue! And I have seen trans people in womens toilets and rightly so - not an issue!
@VeniceLaura@soniasodha And there is lots of evidence of violent men declaring themselves to be women? They could already enter many women only spaces if they were so intent on it - utter nonsense, you're all falling for right wing anti- trans conspiracies or are you just anti Scotland?
@kkbigk@soniasodha Actually no most women are not intimidated by this. Nonsense that there would be an increase in abusive men entering womens spaces - if this was a problem it already would be - guards at toilets and swimming pools and gyms? I haven't seen any?
@soniasodha This can already happen - think about it and we have legislation to protect people - so you don't agree with male nurses then or mixed gender wards?
@LBC@SangitaMyska many MSPs (Scottish politicians for those uneducated English) are of asian heritage and Hamza Yusuf is quite likely to be next leader of SNP.
@ARLinklater@SteelySeabirder That is amazing. Still haven't seen any whales! Been very close when other people seen them but always gone by the time I've got binoculars!
The ‘27 Pod’ of Orcas off Eshaness, Shetland. More exciting than anything going on anywhere else in the UK. For an idea of what it’s like to see this up close and spontaneously, my 7 year old daughter started crying in terror at the awesome killer whales she was seeing
@thorogoodchris1@Deadling3@BSBIbotany@OBGHA Isn't there new thought about parasites and saprophites anyway? That they are possibly still linked in some sort of symbiotic mutually beneficial relationships through shared microbes etc etc?
Portpatrick. Beautiful coastal vegetation - you’d think something a community would cherish but instead perhaps the most insane case of herbicide use I’ve witnessed. The short-sward cliff-top zone completely annihilated.
