My advice to the teachers

Let them do what they want to...That will save you your job and life

Just close your eyes when children do something wrong in front of you..

Close your ears when you hear something bad from them

Shut your mouth if you have the urge to stop the child from doing something wrong...

On 17 January 2007 the inquiry committee submitted its reports indicting the Uttar Pradesh Police for "gross negligence" in handling the cases of missing persons

Moninder Singh Pandher ( house owner ) and his servant Koli were both initially sentenced to death

Since starting , families of the missing children had been reporting of police negligence.

After a decomposed hand was claimed to be found by RWA in a residence , the parents of missing children since last two years rushed to Nithari

Koli, under the alias Satish, later confessed to killing six children and a 20-year-old woman referred to as "Payal" after sexually assaulting them.

After Koli's confession, the police started digging up the nearby land area and discovered the children's bodies

Imagine , Initially, some police officers, including Noida SP city, denied any criminal angle, asserted that the families had provided false information about the ages of the missing, and claimed that they weren't minors but instead were adults who left home after fighting with their parents...

15 of the 17 skeletons discovered in the village were identified. Ten of them were identified by Koli when he was confronted with the photographs of the missing children. Five others were identified by family members after being shown belongings recovered from the scene.The torsos of the bodies were missing

After pressure and public outcry, the Uttar Pradesh Government suspended two superintendents of police and dismissed six policemen for dereliction of duty.

19 skulls in all; 16 complete and 3 damaged. The bodies had been cut into three pieces before being disposed off

Doctors at Noida Government Hospital revealed that there was a "butcher-like precision" in the chopping of the bodies The post mortem reports revealed that there had been a pattern in the killings

On 16 October 2023, 17 years after the crimes were discovered, Koli and Pandher were acquitted of all charges against them, after appeals filed by the two suspects.

Pappu Lal, a security guard whose eight-year-old daughter was killed in the serial killings, said after the judgement: "We don't have this much money that we can keep fighting for justice for so many years."

Surendra Koli died of suicide in front of a temple recently

After 19years in prison, he was acquitted by SC citing lack of reliable evidence and coerced and forced confessions

Some questions are very pertinent

1) If Pandher and Koli were not responsible then why were 17 years of their life made hell to the extent that Koli finally ended his life himself

2) If they didn't do it then who did it? What about the justice deserved by the families of these gruesome murders. The children didn't cut themselves up, preserved their viscera on polythene bags and flushed their severed heads in drain ... Who' responsibility is it to find the culprits

3) By the acquittal of both the main accused, the 17 years of torment of each moment the families of the deceased children faced by reliving those horrific memories again and again during court dates went astray.... How many more years of their life are they left with to fight for justice ... How much money ?

A child got admission because of reservation

But the issue is that the college course is not segregated as course for reserved students and course for meritorious ones.

So all the students have to study the same things

Obviously , the one who scored very less marks but was still admitted to IIT because of reservation will face huge difficulty in coping with the syllabus which is meant for a certain level of intellect.

But now he has to study and give exams of a level higher than his intellect due to the concurrent structure of education

So he sits in exams, which he is not capable to pass ( for obvious reasons) and hence resorts to cheating .

He gets caught while cheating and is referred to the due course of action. Which also wasn't as harsh as it should have been.

But he is not able to cope with things he was originally not made and meant for and he decides to end his life

Now who is the culprit for his death....??

I blame reservation , which put him in a place he was not meant to be. He could have done better in things he excelled

I blame the system . If you take a student via reservation, segregate the course structure for merit based students and reserved category students . Give each student the task he can actually take.

Thereby the degree be mentioned according to what course the student took...Merit based or reservation based. So the the consumers of services he will later provide will also know if exacrly what the candidate is capable of !!
