The Induction Training Program for newly recruited ITI-qualified technicians of BSPHCL was inaugurated on 09 March 2026 at BIPARD centres in Patna and Gayaji. Designed by PSSC, the initiative will train 1,900 technicians to strengthen the power workforce in Bihar.

बिहार स्टेट पावर होल्डिंग कंपनी लिमिटेड (BSPHCL) ने नए भर्ती हुए टेक्नीशियन ग्रेड III के लिए 5 हफ्तों की विशेष प्रशिक्षण पहल की शुरुआत की है। प्रशिक्षण का पहला फेज BIPARD के गया जी और पटना कैंपस में शुरू हुआ, जिसमें लगभग 500 नए कर्मचारियों को तकनीकी और व्यवहारिक कौशल सिखाई जा रही है।

इस प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम में BSPHCL ने अपने एक्सपर्ट टेक्निकल ट्रेनिंग पार्टनर के रूप में पावर सेक्टर स्किल काउंसिल (PSSC) को MoU के माध्यम से शामिल किया है। BSPHCL ने पिछले कुछ महीनों में 1800 से ज्यादा टेक्नीशियन ग्रेड III को भर्ती किया है।
