@OakmontFB Thanks so much, Coach! We had a blast working with your team even if it was virtually. Great group, I am hopeful you continue to work hard this offseason in your quest to take the next step this fall!
Your opinion would be greatly appreciated!!! We are looking at possible new locations for our training center, and would love your vote on whether you think this would be a better or worse⦠https://t.co/B8RhvMjmo5
In this before/after comparison, we see much better control in the βafterβ image on the right. Keeping your knee bent at less than 90 degrees increases your stride length by allowing you to push back into the ground at the proper angle. #acceleration#sprinter#iyca
Athletes who can open up their hips to retreat not only move faster, they avoid a pivot on their plant foot which can cause injury. Thanks to @leetaft for teaching me this.
The #woodwaycurve is such a powerful tool for helping athletes improve 3 key sprint skills - better posture, quick trail leg recovery, and preventing over striding.
