Trying #Veganuary but unsure how to get your protein. Broccoli, Kale, White Onion, Peas and Spring Greens 600g split equally. 800ml water, 2 x veg stock cube and two scoops of #PeaProtein. Simmer 30 mins then blend Two large bowls each 25g protein. Salt/Pepper to taste
