@Uber please remind your drivers they are not entitled to block bike lanes: 'but I'm just waiting to pick up my passenger' said driver of this car on Harbord. Perfectly good laneway 2 meters behind him.
@sobey Please tell the driver of your #Voila delivery van (license plate BE 55045) that they endangered lives of multiple cyclists by blocking the bike lane on the south side of Bloor at Ted Rogers Drive this evening at about 6 pm (rush hour).
@NoSquish What is this 'commuting' of which you speak? How does a bike help with zoom? Oh!! Starting to remember now...Top commute needs: basket, good lock, safe and sheltered bike parking at destination. 🚲
The sound of the whining engines of street-racers is shockingly loud downtown tonight. Is there any law enforcement happening?? @TorontoPolice@cityoftoronto@JohnTory
The #ActiveTO bike lanes and road openings create space in our city; increasing access to jobs, food, businesses, and parks. We need to #KeepActiveTO and expand beyond the core.

@DaveLikesBikes *This*. Along with the depersonalized phrase 'has been struck'. Especially difficult to read from their guy @CopWhoLovesCars. Would @TPSOperations hire someone calling themselves 'cop who loves guns' for a position notifying the public about shootings?
@TPSOperations@TorontoMedics How about every time *a driver runs over somebody*, the place where it happens is closed to cars for a full 24 hours? Or longer? With a sign to say why. Skull and crossbones maybe.
@TPSOperations@TorontoMedics@TTCnotices Saying 'pedestrian has been struck' removes agency and responsibility from the driver of the car (or truck) who ran over this person--and from those who design the roads. Words matter.
