This here is how HP is trying to downgrade me. State laws state that they cannot use the PC being modified as an excuse anymore as the damages were caused by HP. HP's policy says they cannot downgrade you. Next post I will leak the harassment email from Rich. @HP @HPSupport

@trekteri3 I don’t have an attorney. I only have a court date with HP in July for fraud and more. If they won’t give me my upgraded PC, the judge will when I show them that HP has been bullying a student over their mistakes and taking advantage with abuse of power @HP @HPSupport
