Fraudsters are exploiting householders with a new scam relating to the Coronavirus outbreak. It arrives as a text saying the Government has issued relief payment of £458.00 - when you click the link it asks for your card details and cvc in order to send payment. This is a scam.
There is also Intelligence showing that counterfeit medical masks are being sold. Counterfeit examination certificates are being used to convince the consumer of their authenticity.
