He has an Aditya Birla policy

You have rejected a cashless claim of a policyholder for no logical reason,
You have asked them to come for reimbursement,

But the customer has no money to proceed for the surgery,
What should they do?
Should they be left to die?

At the time of sale,
You said the accident would be covered from day 1

Yet this customer's claim has been rejected,
Can you please be considerate and help your own customer?
