@ZARA - Bought a shirt in Mumbai, and it literally tore apart at the chest and sleeves the first time I put it on. Customer support bots refusing to help. This is shocking, given this is a manufacturing defect- can be spotted easily upon inspection! Could someone please help out?

Unfortunately, you do not follow the same standards for all customers. I am still waiting for a resolution and it’s been 46 days now. I got a wrong + used product and my return request has been REJECTED! Such a shame!

There is still no resolution after 1 month and 4 days of endless waiting. Got AirPods Pro- @flipkartsupport is offering no assistance and worst of all, the seller TREASURE HALL ONLINE is still listed on flipkart and conning more buyers. #boycottflipkart
