The @UnionBankTweets didn't file for my @PMAYUrban benefits in 2021(home loan disbursed)& now they are saying it can't be done.I feel directionless as to whom to contact.Government schemes with no way to raise grievance makes people like me left out.

@UnionBankTweets I am doing it for the past 1 year 11 months. No action being taken. I wrote several mails to the @UnionBankTweets grievance too. All pleas to deaf ears.
