@passportsevamea I gave a wrong dob in passport application, it was marked as a remark during in person appt but still I got the wrong date of birth printed in the passport. To change that I opted for a re-issue but was told by the officers that reissue will not handle dob change
Actions are in our control but thoughts are not.
Thoughts seem to be generated based on all the constant inputs we let into our system, it comes from an abyss which we can't make sense of.
Most of the time it demands actions, which we can decide whether we have to do or let go!

Travelled from Banglore to Amsterdam, via Muscat. Since we were flying with an infant, were a bit worried about delays and safety. But @omanair and Muscat airport managed the crowd very well. There were no long queues anywhere.
@omanair I have a connecting flight tomorrow (with an infant) from MCT to AMS. The one to AMS got cancelled today, can you please let me know when I can know of the status of tomorrow's flight?
I couldn't reach the customer care number.
@omanair Hi, I am travelling with my wife and an infant. Our travel date is 12th March, BLR -> MCT -> AMS. It would be of great help if we can change the route or cancel the flight.
@omanair can you please let me know what are the options available?
@tvmcmc@tharpagaraj - This is the usual scene of empty plots in Tiruvannamalai District. Even if a few residents clean them once in a while, others dump their garbage bcz there is no proper way to collect their garbages.
Please do something for this! Or how to escalate this?

We should be careful with people who says these things out loud, it should reflect in the actions!
Have seen @drpal_manickam using thumbnails of heroines and sensitive matters to gain exactly what he is denying
I don’t have to prove myself to anyone. @theliverdoc
But let me make one thing absolutely clear: I will never support bigotry or religious bias in any form.
That was not the intention behind that repost, and since it was taken out of context, it has been removed.
Some people seem offended because my videos are simple, because I use humour, or because I say “no” to ultra-processed foods, a message every major public health body supports.
If clarity and relatability upset someone, that says more about their expectations than my intentions.
I have spent 20 years becoming the doctor I am today through long training, difficult cases, and the trust of thousands of patients.
My medical career is already established. I do not use social media for fame, validation, or financial gain.
I am here only to educate.
Regarding NewMe:
It is a science-backed, lifestyle medicine–based program built on the most fundamental principles of true metabolic health:
• structured habits
• nutrition guidance
• sleep hygiene
• movement
• stress reduction
• accountability
all achieved without supplements or shortcuts.
And since you haven’t done your homework or proper research like before, let me explain. NewME is a natural, evidence-based framework that has already helped thousands improve digestion, metabolic markers, energy, mood, and overall quality of life.
This is my mission & my passion to make lifestyle medicine accessible, understandable, and sustainable for everyday people.
Not everyone wants dense monologues or aggressive superiority-driven communication.
Millions learn better through simplicity, analogy, storytelling, and yes sometimes humour.
I will continue using what works, not what intimidates.
When criticism shifts from science to tone policing, personal attacks, long emotional rants, or attempts to belittle someone’s journey, it stops being about public health and becomes something else entirely.
That is not a space I choose to participate in.
A gentle reminder:
This year, I received the Prestigious Alumni Award during our Foundation Day presented by the Chief Guest, Dr. Philip Augustine (your father), for my academic excellence and meaningful contribution as a doctor.
That recognition reflects my work and my values more accurately than any online noise ever will.
I shall no longer engage with banter or negativity aimed at gaining attention.
I have far more important work to do.
My focus remains exactly where it should be, on improving people’s health, not arguing on the internet to gain attention.
@soorajchandran_ - How to properly wash Motorbikes/cars

@keerthikagovind - I had this scary feeling building inside on the impact of this, but couldn't get to sit and gather all my thoughts. Thanks for putting this out.
Much needed content. Happy that social media was not a thing during my teens.

@caleb_friesen thanks for highlighting this with a genuine interest, and taking the (actual) kid and not just an empty stroller. Happy to see the kind of impact and fix you are making <3
Wonder what kind of thought process goes while laying these footpaths down :/
What Indian footpaths are for in descending order of importance:
1. Power junction boxes
2. Electrical poles
3. Hoardings
4. Food stalls
5. Darshini overflow
6. Parked vehicles
7. Trees
8. Potted plants
9. Pedestrians
10. Parents with strollers/differently-abled in wheelchairs
This is crazy and happening fast in India, and majority of them are done by parents at times.
I don't really think the teachers would even evaluate them, if so at what basis!?
@Anbil_Mahesh
Schools are useless. This is 12 midnight. 8th std Kid is still doing some nonsense project after completing homework. Terror is such that if he doesn't do it he won't be allowed to participate in his favorite PE period. Everyday he is awake till 12-1230. As a parent I'm feeling so helpless from this rotten system. Whatever I was against I have to face it for my kid now.
