@flipkartsupport If you don't improve ur process where the delivery guy can unilaterally mark products undelivered, if you do not take any disciplinary action against delivery guy, then I would be forced to go to consumer forum & demand compensation. (2/2)

@flipkartsupport There is no resolution provided for the mental harassment as well as the potential loss of pay for missing work to pick up the delivery. Your unconcerned reply to my queries around delivery guy is only making the matter worse. (1/2)

Ordering S23 frm Flipkart has become pain for me.Ekart assigned a delivery guy who is not even visiting my doorstep & marking my product as undelivered since 2 days. No help frm customer support. To collect my phone couldn't even go office.

We are literally sitting on floor in an empty house waiting for our luggage. And you are simply saying it will get delivered on 21/09/2023.

@DRSAgarwal it’s been 13 days and I have still not received my package when it was promised to deliver in 7 days. No tracking available online, customer care does not answer calls, warehouse manager does not answer calls. Pathetic service. Never booking with you again.

@badebhaiya84 “Gc: No: 4878154 is at Mumbai will be deliver on 21/09/2023” - this is the response i’ve got from the team. I don’t understand why it will take 2 days to transfer things within Mumbai. Sir, Think this is process issue where representatives are not considerate for the customer.
