@iRadhikaGupta Hi. Facing similar Issue with @kalpataruparkcity thane. There is no progress in the construction-linked milestone as promised.
It's been almost 3 years we booked apartment and there is literally no satisfactory response from @kalpatarubuilders.

Absolutely terrible experience on post-sales service dealing with Kalpataru builders, for Avana which is a premium project. Money taken for a registration sitting in an escrow account for 45 days without any record and no information, with a 31st March deadline.

@msrtcofficial @msrtc_in boarded MSRTC bus no: Mh-14 BT 2673 at Kalyan bypass around 6.46pm today coming from Nashik going towards Thane. Condition of bus was pathetic driver was finding it difficult to change gear and bus was halting abruptly due to it.
