It provides trackers for unlocks, releases, punishments and rewards. It has it's own points and demerit system to make it fun and exciting.

It also has daily, weekly and monthly journal entries and planners, ensuring that she can plan each day, week and month as she envisions.

It also has a daily journal entry for him to document his feelings for both partners to remain on the same level at all times.

Each lock-up tracker comes with a consent contract to be signed by both to ensure everything remains safe, sane and consensual.

Appreciation goes both ways in a FLR.

Too often subs thank their dommes but dommes don't thank their subs.

There's many ways to show appreciation for him without unlocking him.

Every sub in chastity wants to be unlocked. But that's for special occasions.

Make him feel appreciated while locked just by being nicer, calling him a good boy, or even take him out for dinner.

Make it romantic, intimate, fun or playful. Make him feel all the reasons why he is submissive to you in the first place.

Your time and attention are things he craves.

Your body maybe be his privilege, but when allowed, is also his playground. Make it sexy!

There's so many ways to appreciate him, and at the end of the day, he still remained locked, more frustrated than ever, but most importantly, he feels loved, seen, and appreciated.

It reminds him why he belongs to you. #FLR

[PracticalFLR @PracticalFLR]

This article is exclusive to my substack!

Locktober has only one rule, no unlocking ( except for hygiene)!

It’s a month designed to be without mercy. He stayed locked! Period.

This means you have to be appreciative of how hard this journey will be for him. Especially if it’s his first Locktober, or he hasn’t done month long stints before. It’s very important to be sure that his body is used to the chastity cage before attempting Locktober. The cage should fit properly, and he should be able to sleep all night and handle nightly erections without discomfort. He should be able to go all day and carry out his daily activities without chafing or discomfort of the cage falling forward. A chastity strap can be helpful here.

However, most importantly, he’s going to need support from you during Locktober. Chastity is an emotion enhancer, so he’s going to feel the ups and downs of life much more sensitively. So if he feels unappreciated or neglected, he feels it twice as hard. The same is true for when he does feel appreciate and seen. He feels that twice as hard too, which makes him realize just how much chastity is worth it, and how much more he appreciates you keeping him locked.

Remember it’s not the chastity cage that’s on his mind 24/7, it’s you.

He wants you far more than he wants to be unlocked.

So the first thing you can do to appreciate him without unlocking him is simply expressing gratitude to him for staying locked for you. Tell him you understand the sacrifice he’s making and that you love knowing he’s locked. Let him know that he’s on your mind too. When he feels like his chastity has meaning and purpose beyond just being denied, it makes him feel purpose and belonging.

The second thing you can do is cuddle! Make time to cuddle, curl up and watch a movie together. The closeness you share means a lot to him, especially being locked. Your leg over his is something he cherishes. It’s the little things that really matter when locked, and cuddling ranks extremely high on making him feel connected to you.

The third thing you can do is spend time with him. Take him out for dinner or make him dinner. Bond with him over a meal, be flirty and tease, acknowledge that he’s locked. Not that he needs reminding, but the fact that you acknowledge it tells him you care and that it’s not just on his mind, but also yours.

The fourth thing you can do is message him throughout the day. Make no mistake, he is always thinking about you. You are never off his mind. He wants to be messaging you every second of the day if he could, but he’s either busy with work, or doesn’t want to be annoying. So if you decide to message him it will light up his day and make him feel appreciated.

The Intricacies of the Male Refractory Period

Once he can spend a full night in chastity, everything changes. It means he can now sleep caged. No more excuses. No more inconsistencies. No more doubts. It gives her peace of mind, and more control. It's a good milestone to reach in a #FLR.

The interesting thing about a #FLR is that men know that when they cum, they feel empty, depressed even. Yes, its pleasurable in the moment, but afterward? It's not. It's just waiting to get back there. FLR's simply skip the wait.

[PracticalFLR @PracticalFLR]

When In Doubt .... Ruin Him!

When a FLR is first starting out, it can take a bit of time to adjust to a sex life with a D/s dynamic.

Both partners have their own unique struggles to go through, and so there's no need to rush anything.

Whatever kinks you decide to partake in and make a part of your dynamic, I think it's safe to say the general theme in a FLR is tease and denial .... for him.

I think the benefits of a well teased and denied sub speak for themselves.

When he is constantly in craving, and aching, he is simply more attentive, and more obedient.

It's like magic, almost.

However, many Domme's often feel guilty when they don't give in and let him cum.

His begging, and whimpering often is just too cute to not let him have it.

So rather than feel guilty, let him have it... but with a condition.

Ruin his orgasm.

This can actually be a huge factor within the D/s dynamic, because ultimately she controls all his releases, and how he has them.

Giving her the ultimate choice, each and every time. Especially if he's locked in chastity, and restrained when unlocked, so he never gets access to his own cock.

All he knows is her touch, and only her touch. He's completely at her mercy.

So when it's time for him to have a release, but she doesn't really want him to have a full orgasm, because she knows it drains all his passion from him.

All that submission and obedience becomes dulled for a day or two until it builds back up...

This is not ideal to happen regularly in a FLR. So a ruined orgasm, grants both, his release, and keeps his frustration levels high.

He gets drained, but remains perfectly obedient. Win win!

To ruin his orgasm, can be a bit of an art at first. She must learn the tell of his body as she stimulates him, and monitor his breathing.

Recognizing when his breath quickens and his body starts to convulse, she can expertly time it.

If she times it correctly, his cum will only, very slowly, dribble out of his penis.

There should not be any spurts! If there's even a single spurt, it mean's he's getting pleasure from it.

The idea of a ruined orgasm, is to give him a release, but not pleasure.

She can then lose any guilt, because she knows he had a release.

As long as he doesn't spurt, he will remain fully frustrated, as if he didn't cum at all.

Which is hugely beneficial for her.

So whenever she is in doubt, a ruined orgasm is the way to go.

Bonus: The perfect way to train him to clean up his cum, is after ruined orgasms. He will still be submissive enough to lick it up without any hesitations.

Ladies don't forget to do random surprise cage checks. Not because you don't trust that he's locked, but because it reminds him that you're thinking about him being locked. Which just adds to his frustration, but also makes him feel safe, wanted, and worthy. #FLR

[PracticalFLR @PracticalFLR]

Subs remember this important point.

When she asks you to decide something, anything, make the decision.

Don't reverse the power exchange happening.

Don't reverse the question back to " well what would you like?"

She asked you to decide.

You're topping from the bottom.

She wants you to decide.

If she wanted to decide she wouldn't have given it to you.

Understand that her decision is to let you decide.

Most relationships don't understand this concept in the first place.

Which is exactly why you're in a #FLR.

[PracticalFLR @PracticalFLR]

Be Strict!

Dominance works best when she is strict about it. Being strict gives her a commanding presence.

He can feel her attitude just by looking at her.

When she is strict, everything she does is noticed by him, because everything she does matters.

Her body language matters, her words matter, her attitude matters. Because he knows that she will enforce her rules if he doesn't pay attention.

Being strict does not necessarily mean, being mean. She can be lovingly strict, and still have no mercy.

The most wonderful thing in a FLR is that she never has to settle for less than she wants from him. this doesn't just apply to being sexual.

It applies to domestic chores, errands, and the way he worships her. She gets to direct him on every level, and be strict about it.

Body worship for example, can be done with her rules in place. He can only worship certain areas at a time.

Perhaps she says feet only for a bit, then maybe it's massage only, hands only, tongue only....

She decides every aspect of the worship that takes place, and for how long.

Domestic chores, are to be done to her standards. He must meet her expectations.

The house should be as clean as she expects it to be. No half assing it, no sweeping things under the rug.

She will check.

As long as she is strict, he will strive to meet her expectations, or face the consequences.

The consequences can take many shapes and forms. They can be having to re-do chores, or being assigned more chores.

It doesn't have to be painful involving a pain or a whip, but that is also an option she can opt for, if she feels the need, and wants that type of training in her FLR.

She can also be strict about his pleasure. She can take it away as she sees fit. Not allow him access to her pussy.

One of the worst punishments for a submissive, is being denied access to her body.

Not even allowed to see her naked.

A couple of days of that, and he will be very sorry.

He craves her, and being allowed access to her is something he will always strive for.

So when she is strict, he knows the stakes, he knows what she may do, and it's just not worth it.

Her attitude really sets the tone here.

A no non-sense approach that says, you will submit to me, the way I want you to submit to me, or you will face severe consequences until you do.

He will quickly start conforming to her rules and obeying her without any more hesitations.

Her attitude, and strictness in this manner will arouse him, but also bring him deeper into obedience.

Keeping Him Aroused

If you're into chastity in your FLR, then it's important to understand the psychological and physiological aspects the submissive goes through while locked.

The first few days in chastity, are a slow build up phase, he becomes more and more sensual.

After 3 days locked, he's going to be a cuddle bug.

He doesn't necessarily want out of the cage yet.

He's enjoying the chastity, and as each passing day goes by, her feminine beauty becomes more and more attractive.

In other words, his desire to serve and worship her increases exponentially with each passing day.

All he can think about is pleasing her and obeying her.

This will last for about a week to 10 days.

Around day 10 his frustration begins to kick into overdrive.

He starts thinking more about when he will be released, so he will be on extra good behavior, but also perhaps becoming a little bit desperate, and may beg for a release.

If no unlock occurs for teasing, over the next few days, his frustration will reach a peak. Around the 3 week period, and this can different for each person, without an unlock, and without release, his arousal will begin to wane.

However, that doesn't mean he's less horny, it just simply means his body is adjusting to the cage. His night time erections will lessen and help him sleep better.

There will be less leaking, and less straining in his cage, as his penis has accepted it's tiny prison.

What's interesting however, is that this waning only occurs if he is locked and left denied, without her paying any attention to his penis.

After about a month, he will reach a plateau, and he will find stability in this plateau, where the cage simply becomes a part of his body.

When the cage gets removed after being locked for so long, he will feel strangely naked and vulnerable without it locked on.

Which she can use to her full advantage, to tease him, and make him beg to be locked back up.

It's always best to make his submission his idea through various domination techniques.

Does he want to eat her out, or be unlocked? His choice will usually be to eat her out, because he knows it's what she wants.

It's the confidence of dominance at work.

However, once he reaches that plateau of being locked for 5 weeks, without an unlock or teasing, he will remain in a sensual state, and if he's into feminization, panties or girly clothes will help calm his frustration because it brings greater awareness to his entire body, rather than just his cage.

This is beneficial because it keeps him focused on obedience, instead of release.

However, he is not aching for release. His balls are not as blue as they could be.

While it can be ideal for many FLR's to keep him on the plateau, some Dommes are more interested in keeping this subs at their most frustrated, at all times.

Aching blue balls, and constantly desperate for a release from the cage.

That's where regular teasing comes in.

Teasing can take many forms, and I'm not going to go through in this article. But regularly edging him, every day or couple of days, will go a long way to keeping him very horny, and he will ache so much he will be willing to do anything for her. And agree to anything she might want him to agree to.

Naturally, she could use this method of dominance for abuse. It's very easy to abuse a submissive man, because many of them won't speak out when they should.

So this is where the Domme's responsibility is of paramount importance in maintaining trust and integrity in the FLR.

A good Domme will always get what she wants, but she will also always make sure that her sub is comfortable with it first.

If she does that correctly, he will be her's forever.

Her submissive, her slave, her pet, her cuck, whatever it is she wants him to be. He will love her for it.

Most importantly, he will ache for her, 24/7, since she understands his psychology so well, that she can keep his body and mind, desiring and obeying her without mercy.

He learns the definition of true submission.

The Power of Women

Ladies, if you don't want locktober to end...

Rather than unlock him at the end of locktober make him think he's going to be unlocked, relax and get comfortable and have him worship your feet. Nothing else!

After 15 minutes of pure foot worship, while he's still licking them, tell him he'll be participating in NO-vember too!

This will drive his desperation into high gear.

Then have him orally service you.

Best orgasm of the year + another month of frustration for him.

It's a win win. #FLR

Women Need Men

The reason there is an epidemic of single people and loneliness in the world is because the natural power exchange has been perverted and distorted into the idea of equality.

Equal exchange of power... It doesn't work, and people prefer to be single than deal with the clashing that causes.

Equality is a relationship destroyer when its defined in terms of allocation of power.

A relationship flows much better and easier, when the flow of power is respected when based on the natural roles of each partner.

Sadly, most people in the world, don't even know their own role, or aren't given the opportunity to explore it.

That's why we have the singleness epidemic we have today. The flow of power has been thrown out and replaced with the idea of 50/50 equality, and as long as this paradigm exists, unhealthy relationships will continue to be the norm.

That's why I write about #FLR. It's a much needed solution, in helping women and men remember their roles and embrace the naturally occurring power exchange rather than deny it exists.

https://t.co/1x7gBdllw0

Women need men to rediscover the innate sense of chivalry within them, and act on it rather than suppress it.

Women need men to regain self control and put her first. Women need men to be caring protectors, as they all know they should be.

Women need men to build their supportive mindset to become the providers they're born to be.

Women need men to heal their wounded masculinity.

Women need men to stop being afraid of emotions.

Women need men to treat them like human beings.

Women need men to build a life with.

Lets stop pretending that being single and being alone, is trendy, normal, or empowering. This is the lie we are all telling ourselves to justify the excuse of not building a life with someone.

It's the lie we tell ourselves so we don't hold ourselves accountable for our own shitty circumstances.

Lets be honest with ourselves and realize that being single is the easy way out.

What are we here for, if not each other?

Do you really want to go to your grave with only memories of how comfy the couch was because you didn't have to share it with someone?

Stop lying to yourself. Stop the lie, that women don't need men, or men don't need women.

More importantly, men, stop sitting around endlessly scrolling social media, getting off to femdom videos, while using your own tears as lubrication because you can't find a partner to explore with.

Women need you to step up. You need you to step up.

Let this post serve as a reminder, a warning, that your life is passing you by, and there's a woman somewhere out there, wishing, waiting, and losing hope every day, that a man will recognize her and value her.

She's waiting for you to value yourself enough to value her.

The journey to her is waiting for you.

Locktober begins!

The best thing about locktober is that for many boys, it never actually ends. #FLR

[PracticalFLR @PracticalFLR]

Submissive men love chastity because it makes them feel closest to who they are. That energy, that arousal, that feeling of being alive with passion and excitement. That's the feeling of fulfillment they've been chasing their entire lives, and to share that, through service. #FLR
