❤️❤️❤️. Lifting the grandkids is easier now.

[Practice Moving @PracticeMoving]

@CorKinetic Agreed. I see plenty of value in asking 'what are you avoiding doing, or having to do differently' too.

[Practice Moving @PracticeMoving]

Interesting stuff here at @DudleyGroupNHS as we pilot a new low back pain (LBP) pathway.

Lots of clever elements involved, but the headline is this: when offered the choice between 1:1 or group assessments, 12 out of 31 patients chose group assessment

Hat tip to @GPowellPhysio

[Practice Moving @PracticeMoving]

@CorKinetic Always thought that was the consensus. I agree though, just doesn’t help with wearing a nice tee shirt.

[Practice Moving @PracticeMoving]

Didn’t know OASIS sang this tbh

[Practice Moving @PracticeMoving]

@JackAChew 😂😂😂😂😘❤️.

[Practice Moving @PracticeMoving]

Excited to see how some would misinterpret this as ‘accurate diagnosis doesn’t matter’

As someone who has previously experienced chronic lower back pain, I understand the frustration that can come with persistent pain. That is why it was SO important to me that the latest episode of my podcast has a core message of optimism, empowerment and hope.

By understanding your pain, feeling in control, and employing the right strategies, you can make significant strides towards a more pain-free life. There are loads of practical strategies in this week’s brand new episode with @PeteOSullivanPT .

@adamdobson123 Low hanging fruit got nibbled up. Also some accounts decided to just shut down conversations.

Feel for the newbies, lots of learning to be had.

@AmjadPhysio @paulawoods5 @JackAChew This tweet makes me sad. I feel the culture in Dudley’s NHS based physio teams is one that values rehab. Genuinely, I’d be really grateful if you could help me understand if/ why you see things differently.

[Practice Moving @PracticeMoving]

Want to work as an APP in a team where rehab is valued and considered central to advanced practice?

You’re welcome…

Reviewing my MSK module for 2nd yrs. Trying to balance "giving them a head start with where I've gone wrong" with "they need to make their own mistakes so they can develop".

I'd be interested to hear:
•things you wished you'd known sooner
•"rules of thumb" you find useful
