With all the promised done on the checks, how can they miss such a device attached to the car. Customer care gives promises based on assumptions and has done no fix on it whatsoever

About 1.5 years back I bought a car from @cars24india, with a promise that they have done 150 checks.
Today I brought in my mechanic to fix an AC coil and on removing the dashboard found an active GPS device.
The customer care can only give probabilities on why it was there

@2WeeditOut Yes, it’s not about letting people in without tickets , that’s never the point . We have stands where things are not occupied, direct the crowds to those stands and provide proper security to revenue generating stands
