[CMOTamilNadu @CMOTamilnadu]

Please take an action. We’re paying sufficient amount but experiencing worst.

The AC system throughout the bus was in terrible condition, with poor airflow and water leakage. The entire bus was wet, and many passengers were suffering.
This bus was clearly not in a condition to operate. SETC should seriously inspect and maintain buses before putting them.

[Pradee Nathan @PradeeNathan1]

After boarding and sitting in my seat, water started leaking heavily from the AC and fell directly on me. My entire dress became wet. They moved me to another seat, but the same issue happened there too. (2/3)
